Custom formulas

Because each Afsennah formula is custom-made for one person based on their consultation, opened custom products cannot be resold and are generally non-refundable outside the guarantee programme below.

180-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Our eligible custom treatments and Liquid Hair Vitamins are covered by our 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You must register within 14 days of receiving your first order, complete the full 180-day protocol and submit monthly progress photos. Liquid Hair Vitamins additionally require a blood test before starting and at the end of the programme. The guarantee does not apply to accessories (Silk Pillowcase, Silk Scrunchies, Microfiber Towel, Scalp Roller) or gift cards. Full conditions are published on the guarantee page.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
